Meth Company is a launchpad for all-or-nothing token raises. A project sets one target and one clock; backers commit; it fills and launches into locked liquidity, or everyone is refunded in full. This page is the reference — the raise types, the assets you can raise against, how a launch graduates, and the live contract addresses per network.
Every campaign is all-or-nothing. Hit the target before the clock ends and the raise buys out the token allocation in one go and launches it into a permanently-locked pool. Miss it and every backer is refunded in full — anyone can trigger the refund on-chain, so it never depends on us.
Committed funds go into locked liquidity, not into the project's wallet. The team's upside is the ongoing creator fee on trading, not the raise itself. Nothing about the target, clock or caps can move after creation.
From launch, a slice of each backer's allocation unlocks every day. Claim whenever — unclaimed amounts keep stacking. The release rate is fixed per campaign and shown before you commit, so no single cliff hits the market at once.

The module sweeps the raised pair asset to the Pons factory and buys out the token allocation.
A graduated Uniswap-V4 pool is created (permissionless) and the liquidity is permanently locked.
Backers claim their daily-unlocking allocation; the token trades against its pair on Pons.
